ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner on the complaint given by petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State, who would submit that on the complaint given by Govindaraj against Selvaraj and the counter complaint given by Selvaraj against Govindaraj, the Assistant Superintendent of Police conducted enquiry and the same was closed on 04.01.2017.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
