ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a final report in connection with Crime No.2 of 2016, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) that the case has been transferred from the respondent Police to Economical Offence Wing, Madurai and the investigation is done by the Inspector of Police, E.O.W Madurai.

4.There shall be a direction to the Inspector of Police, Economical Offence Wing, Madurai, to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
