Respondents PRAYER:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to initiate appropriate action for excommunication of the petitioner and his family members by considering the representation of the petitioner 01.02.2018 and consequently direct the respondents 5 to 8 to permit the petitioner and his family members to participate in the temple festival and all other functions by accepting the tax.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to initiate appropriate action for excommunication of the petitioner and his family members by considering the representation of the petitioner 01.02.2018 and consequently direct the respondents 5 to 8 to permit the petitioner and his family members https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to participate in the temple festival and all other functions by accepting the tax.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the respondents have no objection to the petitioner and his family members to participate in the Sree Chellamariamman Koil temple festival and all other functions.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the Law Enforcing Agency and the locality people have no objection to the petitioner and his family members to participate in the Sree Chellamariamman Koil temple festival and all other functions, the petitioner is inclined to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
