2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is unable to appear before the respondent Police, since he has been implicated in another case pending before Thirukattupalli Police Station.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition No.6(d) imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 29.02.2024 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.3161 of 2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Thirukattupalli Police Station, Thanjavur District, daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. sd/- 25/03/2024 / TRUE COPY / /04/2024 Sub-Assistant Registrar ( C.S.
