[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU,J] The petitioner is the son of one Mrs.Vetriselvi, aged about 62 years. On the allegation that she has been found missing, the petitioner has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and we have also perused the records carefully.

3. Today when the matter was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in connection with the same, a case has been registered in Crime No.102 of 2015 for 'woman missing'. During the course of investigation, it turned out that Mrs.Vetriselvi was done to death. Three persons by name, Paulraj, Chinnathurai and Packiaraj have been taken into custody in connection with the same. The case has been now altered into one under Sections 120(b), 302 and 201 of I.P.C. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
