ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to enter the correct date of birth of the petitioner in her service records, based on her representation dated 07.03.2019.
2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3.The case of the petitioner is that she is working as a Sanitary Worker in the office of the second respondent. According to the petitioner, she made a representation dated 07.03.2019 to the respondents along with all the required documents to correct her date of birth in the service book. But, the same is pending without https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
any consideration. Hence, this writ petition has been filed for the abovesaid prayer.
4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's representation would be considered on merits and appropriate orders be passed.
5.In view of the above submission, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.03.2019, taking into account the documents submitted by her and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 6.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
