This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.409 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent police. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the first respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on instructions would submit that already the investigation has been completed in this case and charge sheet filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram, on 25.12.2015 and the same is yet to be taken on file.

4.Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
