O RDER This petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.12 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police. 2.The contention of the petitioner is that based on the complaint lodged by one Thangadurai, the respondent registered the First Information Report in Crime No.12 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 9(B)(1)(b) of the Indian Explosives Act, 1884, against the petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that based on the complaint lodged by one Thangadurai, investigation was completed and Final Report has been filed on 20.02.2023 before the Judicial Magistrate No.IV Court, Tirunelveli, through e-filing.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tirunelveli, to expedite the above said trial process and complete the same within the time stipulated as per rules. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the contents of the Final Report, he can 2/4

workout the remedy through appropriate proceedings.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
