The petitioner is the President of Mamsapuram Bus Stand Auto Drivers and Owners Welfare Association, Mamsapuram, Virudhunagar District. He filed the present petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to forbear the second respondent from interfering with parking of auto by the members of the petitioner's Association on Mamsapuram - Rajapalayam Road, Mamsapuram, Virudhunagar District. 2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to entertain this type of cases from preventing the Law Enforcing Agency to take action against the persons, who illegally occupied the Public places, otherwise, there may not be an end to them and the particular Law Enforcing Agency is entitled to take appropriate action against the encroachers. Virudhunagar District and he wants to forbear the second respondent from interfering with parking of auto by the Members of the petitioner's Association on Mamsapuram - Rajapalayam Road, Mamsapuram, Virudhunagar District, which is not permissible. The Writ Petition is devoid of merits and the same is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
