This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent to grant permission for cultural event namely Adalpadal scheduled to be held on 25.05.2018 to 27.05.2018 in connection with 'Kalari Urchava Vizha' of "Arulmigu Sree Muthu Karuppana Swamy" situated at Panaiyur Village, Madurai District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.04.2018. 2.Heard Mr.M.Boopathi Pandiyan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Kannidevan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.The second respondent is directed to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct the event in question. It is open to the second respondent to incorporate conditions as he deems it fit to ensure the law and order and peaceful conduct of the event. It is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

made clear that the "Adalpadal" programme shall not extend beyond 10.00 p.m.
