Respondent PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to regularize the petitioner's foreign service of one year four months five days rendered at Karur District and include the same in the service rendered in Thoothukudi District and consequently grant Selection Grade considering the total ten years of service based on pursuant to the G.O.Ms.No.68 of Personnel Administrative Reforms (PER/M) department, dated 23.01.1986 and based on the representation dated 18.03.2018 in accordance with law. Seeking a direction to the respondent to regularize the foreign service of the petitioner at Karur District and include the same in the service rendered in Thoothukudi District and consequently grant selection grade pursuant to G.O.Ms.No.68, Personnel Administrative Reforms (PER/M) department, dated 23.01.1986, based on the representation dated 18.03.2018, this writ petition has been filed.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that subsequent to the filing of the present writ petition, the petitioner's prayer has been rejected by the proceedings of the respondent dated 29.03.2019 in Na.Ka.No.Va3/7604/2018 and a copy of the same has also been communicated to the petitioner. 4.At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5.In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings of

the respondent dated 29.03.2019 in the manner known to law. No costs.
