When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that in this case investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil vide e.filing and thereby nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) that the investigation was completed and final report was filed before the concerned Court by way of e.filing, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
