ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) The petitioner, seeking production of her husband, namely, Prithivirajan, aged about 29 years, has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the respondent Police has produced the detenu before this Court, who has stated before us that there has been no much quarrel between the detenu as well as the petitioner, who is the wife of the detenu. Because of the small issue, where to have a nucleus family and to live together, there had been some misunderstanding, which triggered the detenu to left the wife and he started to live separately by taking a job at Andhra Pradesh. Now, he has come, because the Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed and even now, the detenu stated that he loves very much the petitioner, ie., wife of him and he is ready and willing to live with her, for which, the petitioner / wife should come out from the parental home and take a shelter for their own ie., the detenu as well as the petitioner, where they can happily live their married life. 2/4

3.For the said arrangement, the petitioner, who also appeared before this Court, has agreed and within one week to 10 days period, both will jointly find out the residential accommodation for rent, where they can simply lead the life, which shall not be disturbed by the parents of either the petitioner or the detenu.

4.In view of the said agreement reached between them and they want to live together, we feel that by recording the statement made by both the petitioner as well as the detenu, this Habeas Corpus Petition can be closed, accordingly, it is closed.
