PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, directing the respondents 3 and 4 to furnish the petitioner copy of the Registration Certificate, Insurance Police Certificate, Copy of the Driving License of the driver in respect of vehicle bearing Registration No.TN-59-P-1568, Tata Sumo involved in the accident occurred on 28.03.2018 by considering the representation of the petitioner on 17.04.2018. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the copy of the documents such as the Registration Certificate, Insurance Policy Certificate and a copy of the Driving License of the driver in respect of the vehicle bearing Registration No.TN-59-P-1568, Tata Sumo, which was involved in the accident occurred on 28.03.2018 have been furnished to the petitioner.
