ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant regular pension, by taking the date of the petitioner's initial appointment i.e., December, 1967 with all monetary and attendant benefits, based on the representation of the petitioner dated 06.03.2019.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.
3.The case of the petitioner is that he lastly served as a Special Grade Senior Mazdoor in the office of the third respondent and retired from service on 31.05.2006.
