ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to complete the proceedings initiated by the second respondent under Section 145 Cr.P.C.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel appearing of the respondents 3 to 7. 3.It is seen that the 145 proceedings initiated in the year 2016 is pending till date. Hence, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to complete the proceedings, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The first respondent shall issue notice to the parties concerned and give an opportunity to both the parties to make their submissions and also to submit the documents. The first respondent shall take a decision based on the materials placed during the proceedings.

5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
