This writ petition is filed seeking for a direction, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.01.2020 to sanction the amount for erecting the community Bore well to the 177 Adi Direvidar Agricultural Bore Well Sangam members in SCA Scheme with subsidy.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1, 3 and 4 submitted that on the petitioner's representation dated 22.01.2020, final orders have been passed on 31.07.2020. The same has also been communicated to the petitioner through RPAD. 3.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present writ petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, the learned Additional Government Pleader is directed to serve a copy of the order dated 31.07.2020 to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. No costs.
