ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent police not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the official respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by the third respondent petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

the respondent police shall not call the petitioners in the guise of enquiry and harass them.

5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
