ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a case based on the complaint made by the petitioner on 11.08.2016.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that a criminal case has been registered on 21.06.2018 in Crime No.11 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 506(2) and 420 of Indian Penal Code. The copy of the said First Information https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Report is also filed before this Court.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has not disputed the above said fact.

4.In view of the same, no further adjudication is required in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
