O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 13.03.2019 and dispose of the same by holding an investigation in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, within the time stipulation as prescribed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents.

3.In view of the order passed by this Court in Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., Vs. The Assistant Commissioner of Police, J2, Adyar Police Station, Adyar, Chennai - 600 020 and another [2016 (5) CTC 577 : 2016-2-LW (Crl.) 499], this petition is not maintainable. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner set out in Sugesan's case [supra]. No costs.
