ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vadamadurai to dispose the Crl.M.P.No.4563 of 2023 in M.C.No.3 of 2022 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. According to the petitioners, the first petitioner is the wife of the respondent and she filed a petition for maintenance in M.C.No.3 of 2022 and the learned Judge also directed the respondent to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- each to the first and second petitioners through an order, dated 25.07.2023 from 18.05.2022 to 17.08.2023. Since the respondent has not been paid any amount, these petitioners filed a petition in Crl.M.P.No.4563 of 2023 and the same is filed on 25.08.2023 and till date, no any order has been passed by the Trial Court. Therefore, the said petition has been disposed of within a stipulated time by this Court.

3. Since the prayer of the petitioner is to dispose of the petition within stipulated time fixed by this Court, even without issuing notice to the 2/4

respondent, this Court is inclined to dispose of the petition by directing the learned Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vadamadurai to dispose the Crl.M.P.No.4563 of 2023, within a period of two (2) months from the date of this order.

4. With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
