(Order of the Court was made by SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J. The Writ petition is filed for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.09.2018 pertaining to the revision of scale of pay. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Heard Mr.C.M.Arumugam, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.D.Venkatesh, learned counsel for R1 and R2, Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader for R3 and Mr.P.Gunasekaran, learned counsel for R4.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer in the Writ petition is limited to consideration of the representation dated 19.09.2018 and that the respondents may be directed to consider the same and pass orders thereon within a specified time.

4.In view of the fact that the prayer is limited to consideration of the representation dated 19.09.2018, we dispose of the Writ petition, without expressing any views on the merits of the matter by directing the first respondent to consider the representation dated 19.09.2018 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
