ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to cancel the document No.25/2019, dated 17.10.2019, SRO, Joint-II, Periyakulam, Theni District, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 28.02.2022, within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2.Heard Mr.S.Alagusundar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Shanmugavel, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader has placed before this Court an order, dated 31.03.2022, under which, the petitioner's representation, requesting for lifting an order of attachment has been rejected.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner has also been served with the copy of the said order. He seeks liberty of this Court to challenge the said order in the manner known to the petitioner under law.
