Respondents Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the second respondent to secure the detenu and produce the person or body of the detenu viz., Sadhana, Daughter of Madhavan, aged 17 years before this Court illegally detained by the 3rd Respondent and handover the custody of the detenu to the petitioner forthwith and pass such further or other orders.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to trace out and produce the detenu by name Sadhana, daughter of Madhavan.

2. The petitioner is not present, whereas her counsel is present.

3. The second respondent viz., Inspector of Police, Pattukkottai Town Police Station has produced the alleged detenu. But for making identification, the petitioner is not present. Under the said circumstances, even though the detenu being a minor cannot be lodged in any home. Therefore, this Habeas Corpus https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Petition is liable to be dismissed.
