This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to grant permission for cultural event namely Adalpadal scheduled to be held on 02.05.2018 in the eve in connection with "Kodai Thiruvila " in Sri Muppidathiamman Temple situated at Devendra Vellallar Samuthayam, Mupidathee Amman Kovil West Paguthi, Kopalasamuthiram, Tirunelveli District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.04.2018. 2.Heard Mr.S.Muthumalairaja, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Karuppasamy, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3.The third respondent is directed to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct the event in question. It is open to the third respondent to incorporate conditions as he deems it fit to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

ensure the law and order and peaceful conduct of the event. It is made clear that the "Adalpadal" programme shall not extend beyond 10.00 p.m.

4.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
