Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents herein to conduct survey, measure and fix boundary stones in the petitioner lands in Survey Nos.234/1, 234/2, 234/3A1, 234/7B, 234/8, 235/1 and 235/2 vide Patta Nos.816, 966 and 978 situated at Thudaiyur, Kulathur Taluk, Pudukkottai District based on his application dated 22.06.2018 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner wants the respondents to carryout survey exercise in respect the petition mentioned lands. The petitioner's counsel asserts that there is no rival claim. Taking note of the said submission, the respondents are directed to conclude the survey exercise within a period of three months from the date of receipt of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ a copy of this order. If the respondents encounter any resistance or opposition and if any other legal impediment crops up, the

respondents shall relegate the petitioner to move the appropriate Civil Court.

3.With this observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
