ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU,J] The petitioner is the wife of one Mr.Balamurugan. According to the petitioner, he has been found missing from the year 2011. In this regard, a case has been registered in Crime No.46 of 2015 for 'man missing'. Since, Mr.Balamurugan has not been secured, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State and perused the records carefully.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation done so far, has revealed that there has been no love last between the petitioner and Mr.Balamurugan and therefore https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Mr.Balamurugan has been hiding elsewhere. From this it is clear that there is no illegal detention. Hence, no direction as prayed for, could be given.
