ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.07.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint addressed to the first respondent has not been received by the second respondent and therefore, the petitioner may be directed to furnish a copy of the complaint dated 23.07.2016 to the second respondent.

before the second respondent and on receipt of the same, the second respondent shall look into the complaint and take a decision in accordance with law.
