The Civil Revision Petition is filed for a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Arupukottai, Virudhunagar District to complete the trial in H.M.O.P.No.50 of 2015 within a time frame as fixed by this Court.
2. The marriage between the petitioner and the respondent was solemnized on 12.09.2012 at Arulmigu Kasivishwanathar Temple, Tenkasi, as per Hindu Rites and Customs and due to the strained relationship between the parties, they lived separately. The petitioner/husband has filed a petition in H.M.O.P.No.56 of 2014 before the Sub Court, Tenkasi against the respondent/wife seeking divorce. The said H.M.O.P.No.56 of 2014 has been transferred to the Sub Court, Aruppukottai and renumbered as H.M.O.P.No.50 of 2015 and the same is pending from 2015 onwards. Therefore, the petitioner/husband has approached this Court by invoking the jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Aruppukottai, Virudhunagar District to complete the trial in H.M.O.P.No.50 of 2015.
3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials placed before this Court.
4. Considering the nature of the prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:

District to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.50 of 2015, on day-to-day basis, without giving any adjournment to either parties, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Both the parties are also directed to give their fullest co-operation for early disposal of the H.M.O.P.No.50 of 2015 within the time limit fixed by this Court. No costs.
