O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the instant Writ Petition, seeking a direction to the respondents to conduct survey and fix boundaries of the petitioner's properties measuring 1740 sq.ft based on his application dated 23.11.2024.

2.Considering the limited relief that has been sought for by the writ petitioner, with the consent of the learned Counsel on either side, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal. 3.The petitioner, based on his purchase under a registered sale deed has applied for survey to be conducted in order to ascertain his four boundaries. The said application has been made on 23.11.2024. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said application has not been acted upon.

4.Considering the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent with the assistance of the third respondent to conduct survey based on the petitioner's application dated 23.11.2024, within a period of eight [8] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
