Pandi v. Light Of Hope Mission Trust
C.M.P.(MD)No.3562 of 2026 C.M.P.(MD)No.3562 of 2026 in C.R.P.(MD)SR.No.17148 of 2026 V.LAKSHMINARAYANAN, J.
Heard Mr.J.Barathan for the petitioner and Mr.Madhan Karthick representing Mr.T.Pon Ramkumar for the contesting 1st respondent.
2. This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, seeking to condone the delay of 75 days, in filing the Civil Revision Petition as against the order dated 22.08.2025 passed in E.A.No.27 of 2022 in E.A.No.6 of 2011 in E.A.No.140 of 2010 in E.P.No.11 of 2006 in O.S.No.232 of 2004 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Thirumangalam.
3. Respondents 2 and 3 had remained ex parte in the Trial Court, hence, notice to them is dispensed with. The reason for the delay is that it took time for the petitioner to obtain the certified copies, depositions, and documents. As the delay is not excessive and is only 75 days, the delay is condoned, and the present Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
4. The Office is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order and post the matter for admission in the usual course. 08.04.2026 Nsr 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
