ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation and to file the final report in 1/4

Crime No.28 of 2024 dated 11.09.2024 on the file of the second respondent within a stipulated period as fixed by this Court. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the defacto complainant in this case and based on her complaint, the present FIR has been registered. However, without conducting proper investigation the case is still pending. Hence, this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No. 28 of 2024 for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 494, 406 of IPC and Section 4 of D.P.Act. The investigation is in progress. Hence, he seeks two months time to complete the investigation and to file a final report before the concerned jurisdictional Court. 4.Recording the same, the second respondent police is directed to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
