ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to remove the petitioner's name from the Rowdy list History sheet in H.S.No.8/2025 pending on the file of the 3rd Respondent Police Station, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.02.2026.

2. Heard both sides.

3. This Court, without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.01.2026 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. It is made clear that the respondent police shall not disturb the petitioner's family. However, the respondents are at liberty to follow the guidelines given in Lalitha Kumari's case.

4. With this direction, the present Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
