This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner based on the petitioner's representation dated 03.03.2017.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that on the complaint dated 03.03.2017 given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed on 24.03.2017. A copy of the closure report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
