ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by V.S.RAVI, J.) Today, when the petitioner was taken up, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner and the detenue present. The learned counsel for the petitioner and the petitioner identified the detenue. On enquiries, the detenue has categorically stated in the open Court that on her own volition, she stayed at Tirupur and she has not been not detained by anybody. Hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed, leaving it open to the detenue to move with anybody, according to her own volition.
