ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition is coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time for Lower Court" and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 26.07.2024 and the requisition letter submitted by the I Additional District Judge(PCR) Tiruchirappalli,in D.No.1001 dated 28.06.2025 seeking further extension of time for disposal of the case in O.S.No.125 of 2022 on the file of the I Additional District and Sessions Judge(PCR),Tiruchirappali,this Court made the following order:- By order dated 26.07.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the Case in O.S.No.125 of 2022 within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.1001/2025, dated 28.06.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further three months time to comply with the order dated 26.07.2024, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, 2/4

three months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 26.07.2024.
