ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to disburse the petitioner's salary from 01.07.2017 to 31.05.2018 along with all other retirement benefits. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel for the fifth respondent. In view of the nature of order going to be passed hereunder, no notice is required to the fourth respondent.

3.The case of the petitioner is that she was working as Headmistress in the fourth respondent school. Due to personal vengeance, she was not paid with retirement benefits. Therefore, she made a representation to the fourth respondent on 02.02.2018. Since no action is forthcoming with regard to disbursement of terminal benefits, the petitioner is before this Court. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.02.2018, seeking disbursement of terminal benefits and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

5.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, WMP(MD)No.6744 of 2019 is closed.
