ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents directing the respondents 1 & 2 to conduct enquiry and take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint dated 05.01.2026 and 10.01.2026 within a stipulated time period in accordance with law. 1/4

2. According to the respondents, the appropriate authority is the District Crime Branch, Thoothukudi. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation to the District Crime Branch, Thoothukudi, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Upon such submission, the same shall be considered and appropriate action shall be taken in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks, therefrom.

3. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
