Today, Mr.Mathiyarasu, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Palakarai Police Station, Trichy District, is present in Court. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.81 of 2015 has been completed and the case has been closed as mistake of fact on 28.02.2017.

2. Under such circumstances, the respondent police is directed to serve the RCS notice and the closure report on the petitioner/defacto complainant and liberty is given to the defacto complainant/petitioner to approach the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate and work out his remedies in the manner known to law.

3. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
