ORDER

This writ petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to take appropriate action against the accused persons on the based on the petitioners complaint dated 30.01.2026 and 10.02.2026 and conduct investigation in accordance with law and consequently, direct the respondents to forth with identify and freeze the bank accounts of the accused persons and their associates, to prevent diversion of the cheated amount and to secure recovery of our money.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 30.01.2026 and 10.02.2026 and to conduct a proper enquiry. If any criminal offence is made out, appropriate action shall be taken against the 2/4

accused persons in accordance with law and freeze the account of the accused persons, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With these observations, this Writ Petition (Criminal) is disposed of.
