ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.226 of 2010, on the file of the respondent.
2.It is seen from the records that the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti, had closed the case in Crime No.226 of 2010 as there was no progress in the case. The proceedings were closed vide an order dated 31.12.2012.
3.Due to the lapse of time nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is closed.
