Respondent / Respondent / Respondent Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition No.(ii) of appearing before the concerned Court once in a week at 10.30am pending Appeal imposed on the petitioner/appellant in Crl.MP(MD)No.9020/2022 in Crl.A(MD) No.328/2022 dt.20/09/2022 and permit the Petitioner to appear before the concerned Court once in a month.

To call for the records and set aside the order of conviction and sentence passed in S.C.No.517/2016 dated 07.03.2022 on the file of the Learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, Madurai and allow this appeal and acquit the Appellants/Accused from the charge leveled against the petitioner.
Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SELVARAJ R, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.(ii) that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court once in a week at 10.30 am pending appeal, imposed on the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and seeks modification.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
4. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
