ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents to take appropriate action on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 14.06.2016 for prohibiting Kattapanchayat and curtailing the ex-communication on the part of the petitioner and his family members.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed on 19.06.2016 in C.S.R.No.131 of 2016.

4.In view of the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The second respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not furnished already to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law.
