This Petition is filed under Section 439(1)(b)of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition with regard to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Madurai at 10.00 A.M. until further orders imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No. 2331/2018 dated 15.02.2018 by this Honourable Court.

This Petition is filed under Section 439(1)(b)of Cr.P.C. to modify the condition in Cr.M.P.No. 14 of 2018 on the file of the Learned Sessions Judge (Mahila Court) Trichy with regard to the condition that the petitioner / Accused has to produce the sureties along with their title deeds, patta and solvency certificate from the concerned Tashildar and further direct the learned Sessions Judge (Mahila Court ) Trichy to accept the sureties submitted by the petitioner / accused along with their salary certificates. ORDER: This Petition is coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.Siva Balan, Advocate for petitioner and of Ms.M. Anantha Devi, Government Advocate (crl side) for respondent, the court made the following order: This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).2331 of 2018, dated 15.02.2018.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the conditions already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
