ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by V.S.RAVI, J.) Today, when the petitioner has been taken up, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner and the detenue are present. The third respondent is also present. The learned counsel for the petitioner and the petitioner have identified the detenue. On enquiry, the detenue has categorically stated in the open Court that she has already married the third respondent about one and half months before and also registered the same and her present age is 23 years. The detenue has also categorically asserted that no one illegally detained her and harassed her. The detenue has further stated that she is major and she is willing to go along with the third respondent. The https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner has also heard the details stated by the detenue. In the circumstances, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed, leaving it open to the detenue to move with anybody, according to her own volition.
