This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.04 of 2015 pending on the file of the respondent Police. 2.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the Police have completed the investigation and have filed a final report in CC No.25 of 2016 before the Judicial Magistrate-II, Srivilliputhur.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition and accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, CrlMP(MD)No.7833 of 2016 is closed.
