ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A5, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 23.11.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Section Man Missing and altered to 147,120(b),364 and 302 of IPC in Crime No.2687 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on instigation of the petitioner herein, A3 and A4 have caught hold of the deceased and A1 and A2 have strangulated the neck of the deceased with rope and murdered, since the petitioner is having illicit intimacy with A1 and also buried the body in the middle of the river.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that earlier bail application moved on behalf of the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1889 of 2017 and the same was dismissed by this Court on 21.02.2017.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submits that investigation is completed in this case and chemical analysis report is yet to be received and the accused nos.1 to 4 were already arrested and they are in custody. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the investigation is completed and the chemical

analysis report is yet to be received and also considering the period of incarceration undergone by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on each her executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30., a.m., until further orders. sd/- 15/03/2017 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
