ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 174 of Cr.P.C and subsequently altered into Section 304(b) of IPC in Crime No.104 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent. This Court heard the learned counsel appearing for the defacto complainant also.
3. In this case, the marriage was performed between the petitioner and the deceased on 11.03.2016. Due to cruelty, she committed suicide by hanging. Hence the husband and in-laws moved https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petition before this Court seeking anticipatory bail.
4. The petitioner/husband Vivekanandan through his counsel undertakes before this Court that he would surrender before the respondent police within three days.
