Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant the widower pension (Pension Payment Order in FC 502864 Judicial PO.2/4P2-5/FP/2005-2006 dated 03.06.2005) by considering the petitioner representation dated 08.03.2019 with arrears from May 2013 within the time stipulated by this Court.
