ORDER
The petitioner states that the vehicle has been released to him by the first respondent and as such nothing survives for adjudication as far as the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is concerned.
2.In the light of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. It is made clear that this order will not impact in any manner, the rights of the petitioner and the second respondent in terms of the ownership of the vehicle, which is pending determination before the Civil Court.
